2021 Malbec
Red currants, caramel and violets instantly grab the attention of your olfactory sense. The aromas translate to the taste and are joined by candied cranberry, wild red fruits, bright red delicious apples, pomegranate, graphite and a fleeting appearance of nutmeg. There is a lot going on with this wine but the icing is the well balanced acid and velvety tannins that lead to a pleasing finish.
Aromatics: Dark berries, baking spices, white pepper.
Palate: Blackberry jam, black cherry, and cocoa.
Finish: Rich tannins with notes of blackberry and spice.
